Can you live your life by what The Twilight Zone has to teach you? Yes, and maybe you should. The proof is in these life lessons, ground rules, inspirational thoughts, cautionary fables and stirring reminders found in Rod Serling’s timeless fantasy series.
This two-person show written by Sara Showman is based on the book by Mark Dawidziak (published by St. Martin's Press, with a foreword by Rod Serling's daughter, Anne Serling). The book – Dawidziak's lighthearted tribute to Rod Serling's classic 1959-64 anthology series – features 50 life lessons drawn from classic Twilight Zone episodes.
Featuring Largely Literary Theater Company co-founders Showman and Dawidziak, this one-act play recalls memorable moments from these enduring parables, exploring how each lesson was supported by the morality tales told by Serling and his writers for this wondrous land whose boundaries are that of imagination.
The performance will be followed by a question-and-answer session, book sales and a book signing.
Registration is requested. Register here or call (440) 238-5530.
