Challah Braiding 101 This is a high demand/limited seat program. Please join the wait list.
In this hands-on workshop, you will learn how to create smooth, pliable strands of challah dough that lead to a soft, stretchy, fluffy finished loaf. We’ll practice making a four-strand braid (it’s easier than it may seem!) and I’ll share my favorite tricks for making a three-strand challah that stands tall and proud. You will receive premade dough, hands-on instruction, and all supplies needed to prepare one medium or two small loaves of challah to bake at home. 
This event is a high demand/limited seat program. All customers that register will automatically be added to the wait list. Customers who have not attended a high demand/limited seat program in the past 90 days at this location will receive priority and be registered based on their registration date/time. All remaining seats will be filled based upon registration date/time.
Customers will receive an email/text notification confirming they are registered for the program closer to the program date.
This program is limited to 10 seats.
Located in Pepper Pike, the Orange Branch offers a cozy fireplace reading area, community meeting spaces and a full service drive-up window. The branch’s interactive children’s area features artwork from the book Aesop’s Fables by the late beloved illustrator Jerry Pinkney.
