Explore the little-known history behind the infamous Ohio-Michigan feud.

In 1835, a border dispute between the State of Ohio and the Michigan Territory nearly erupted into an armed conflict when both claimed ownership of the Toledo area. Although the dispute was resolved peacefully, it remains the root of the Ohio-Michigan rivalry. 

Carl Quatraro has been providing informative and entertaining programs to local libraries, senior and civic organizations, and assisted and independent living facilities in the northeast Ohio area since 2018.
