A representative from Master Gardeners of Cuyahoga County will share this presentation on when and how to divide perennials.

Shocked at the price of new perennial garden centers this year?  Master Gardeners of Cuyahoga County will help you fight inflation by teaching you how to create new plants from those you already own.  This presentation will focus on when and how to divide perennials, how to grow new plants from cuttings, propagating by "layering" and how to store and harvest your own seeds.  Your garden and pocketbook will thank you for increasing your plant numbers without spending a dime.

About the branch

Grassroots library service in Strongsville dates back to 1881, when 400 books were located in the Town Hall. More than 120 years later, the Strongsville Branch of CCPL is home to the Kathleen Cochrane DePiero Recording Studio where visitors can make their own tracks, green screen videos, podcasts or audiobook recordings for free.
